Return and Refund Policy

Return Requests

Please contact us at victorofq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

For change-of-mind returns, plants must be in their original condition, with their original pot and packaging.

These condition requirements do not exclude claims for items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us before sending your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Returns from U.S. customers must be sent to our designated return location in US.

Do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact victorofq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

For confirmed issues, we will cover any required return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund with you. If the entire order is refunded because of our error or a product defect, we will also refund the original standard shipping charge.

Refund Processing

We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days of receiving it. If approved, we will initiate your refund within that same 5-business-day period.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will reflect the amount actually paid after discounts. Items received free of charge have no cash refund value.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If you have not received it within 10 business days after our refund confirmation, please contact us.

If a return is declined, we will explain the reason and discuss the available next steps.
